5 Greystones DARTs cancelled from Monday, leaving hour gaps

Irish Rail is introducing a third timetable in a year on Monday 16th September. The timetable has deleted 5 Greystones Northbound DARTs including a rush hour one at 08.21. There are many 1 hour gaps, destroying the previous regular 30 minute schedule. This regular aspect was important in getting people out of cars.

This is a serious disruption and made in a very casual way. This is in addition to a 15% slower journey time since DART started and the lack of any detailed plan for South of Greystones. A new Minister for Transport is needed to sort out Irish Rail.

Deleted Greystones DARTs: 06.21, 08.21, 12.01, 16.01, 17.31.

Missing DARTs now show on timetable

Last evening the 5 DARTs mentioned did not show on the new Irish Rail timetable for the 16th September. I know this as I printed off a copy and checked it.

This morning they are on the timetable!! Hopefully they will run and it was just a website problem last night.
