Greystones Harbour Decision delayed by Council

The developer has been working fast to complete the clubhouses for the Sea Scouts, Anglers, Divers, Rowers and Sailors and other public facilities. The Council, at the request of Cllr Jennifer Whitmore, postponed a decision on the transfer of land even though it was informed this would delay the scheme and that it was obliged by contract to transfer it.

‘I am keen to get the harbour finished ASAP as there have been too many delays already. I hope this will only be a months delay’ said Cllr Derek Mitchell.
