Work is now being done on La Touche Hotel, Greystones. This seems to include painting parts of it. I asked for a 3% Derelict Site Tax to be put on the building and this has concentrated the developers mind and is working to encourage improvements. I have also met the developer a month ago, with Cllr Mcloughlin, and impressed on them that we are determined to get this sorted. I intend to try to keep pressure up to get them to get on with preservation and rebuilding. The pictures show before tidy up and now.
