Sispar the harbour builder, has announced that they are to start building the housing this year due to growing demand. ‘I am pleased as the best way to get the site cleared up and finished is to get the housing built as planned’

Sispar has already committed for summer 2014 to open the North Pier, a large grassed area with picnic tables and seats and they hope to arrange direct access to the South Pier from the anchor area.
