Sispar the constructors of the harbour are due to come to a meeting of the Town Council at the end of July. The marina is a great success but we have been promised that the Primary Health Centre will start construction each month for the past 18 months but nothing has happened. The HSE has signed up for this some time ago and I have asked Sispar to explain what has caused this continuous delay.

If construction has not started by the end of 2013 I am calling on them to move the hoarding and fencing back to the Sailing Club, opening up the full Public Square to public use and making the area much neater.
