Charlesland Developer must provide Missing Traffic Calming and Playground

The Planning Permission drawings for Charlesland in Greystones contained 6 traffic calming measures, 2 Zebra Crossings and 2 Traffic Signal crossings all on the Spine road none of which has been provided. They also show a children’s playground which has not been provided.

At Tuesday’s meeting of Greystones Town Council I asked the Enforcement Section of the Council to initiate action to ensure the developer provides them.

‘Traffic Safety on the Charlesland Spine Road must be improved and the developer must provide what he promised to provide’
